Paso a Paso produces microvinified wines with an artisan concept, meticulous care and personal monitoring by their own makers.
All the wines are spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, and the minimum and essential intervention in the production process is sought, allowing the wines to express themselves in the most natural way possible
The project was born from the friendship of two agronomists and enologists, Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole, who embarked on the adventure of creating their own wine, inspired by past production techniques, with the passion and force that emanates from the soul of each one, so different in their personalities, but so similar in their convictions.
